Dan Dyer
BSc(Hons), MCompSc
Rectangular Software was founded in 2010 by Dan Dyer. Dan has over a decade of software engineering experience, designing and building a wide range of systems including casino, poker and spread-betting platforms, mobile applications (Android, iOS and J2ME), e-commerce web applications, and network security software. In addition, he has authored or contributed to several Open Source software projects.

Assertis / MyTrainTicket
Rectangular Software provided PHP and Java development services to complement Assertis' in-house technical team and assist in the back-end development of its National Rail accredited platform for selling UK train tickets on the web. This ticketing system powers the MyTrainTicket, Northern Rail and other websites.
Pitch Invasion
Pitch Invasion, the UK's leading organiser of 5-a-side and 6-a-side football leagues, contracted Rectangular Software to deliver an improved version of its existing iPhone app. The updated app includes support for Retina displays plus new online payment and player-of-the-week functionality. The app is used by thousands of players in 100+ Pitch Invasion leagues across England.
